THE DEAL, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
THE RULES.
ALL OF THEM.
Last updated 15 September 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and Tehidea Ltd for using SponsorBody. Using the site means you accept them. The booking and refund rules on the policy page sit alongside these terms and are part of the same agreement.
01 / Who you are dealing with.
SponsorBody is operated by Tehidea Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 05902165, with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. Reach us at [email protected].
02 / Who can use SponsorBody.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account, publish a profile, run a campaign or place a bid, and you confirm your age when you create the account. SponsorBody is for adult sportspeople, fighters and the brands that sponsor them. If you act for a company, you confirm that you may bind it.
Listings must relate to sporting events or competitions. General creator and entertainment profiles are outside this service.
03 / Your account.
Keep your password to yourself, and write to [email protected] as soon as you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what is done through your account by you, and by anybody you allow to use it. You are not responsible for what somebody does after reaching your account without any fault of yours, once you have told us.
One person, one account. Do not sign in as somebody else and do not let somebody else sign in as you. Give us an email address that reaches you: we confirm it before the account is fully usable, and we use it for password resets and for confirming deletion.
04 / How a booking works.
An athlete lists a placement for an event. The listing defines the event, the placement, the size, the artwork deadline and the proof required. The athlete confirms that the event and their existing sponsors allow that placement.
Bidding is unavailable until payments launch. When it opens, starting prices will be whole thousands of złoty, every next bid will add 1,000 zł, and bidding will close seven days before the event so there is time to approve and print the artwork.
The athlete wears the agreed temporary tattoo at the agreed event and supplies a clear photo or video as proof. The sponsor reviews that evidence and may flag a specific placement as missing or wrong; a disputed placement is held for review before any payout. Once delivery is accepted and payment is collected, 70% goes to the athlete and 30% to SponsorBody.
Cancellations, postponements and partial delivery follow the booking and refund rules on the policy page. Nothing undelivered is charged, and anything already charged for an undelivered placement is refunded.
05 / Money, and why it is not moving yet.
Live payments are not enabled, so bidding is closed and no booking can be paid for. Nothing on SponsorBody moves money today.
When payments launch, we will show the availability and the timing of a charge before any bid becomes binding, and card payments will be processed by Stripe. Your full card number and security code never reach us. Amounts are in Polish złoty, and the 70/30 split applies to what is actually collected.
Athletes and sponsors handle their own tax. SponsorBody is not your tax adviser.
06 / What athletes publish.
Your profile is your content. You decide what goes into it, including your body data and your birth year, and you can clear any optional field. By publishing it you let us show it on SponsorBody, and you confirm that you may publish it: it is about you, it is accurate, and it infringes nobody’s rights.
To take the profile down, write to [email protected] and ask us to unpublish or delete it. We do that within seven days. There is no self-service unpublish, and clearing the fields a profile needs is not the same thing.
Photos and links are addresses you supply, not files you upload. Link only to images you may use. If the address stops working, the page stops showing the image.
07 / What sponsors are responsible for.
You own or may use every brand asset you submit: the name, the logo and the artwork. You are responsible for whether the campaign is lawful and for any advertising rules that apply to it. We may refuse or remove creative that breaks these terms, and a refusal is not a judgement on your brand.
If your bid wins, your brand name and the approved logo become public on the athlete’s page. Creative details and delivery evidence are visible to the athlete and to you.
Adult-entertainment campaigns are not permitted. Neither are campaigns for anything an athlete may not lawfully advertise at their event.
08 / What you must not do.
Do not bid without meaning to pay. Do not bid on your own listing, and do not arrange with anybody else to push a price. Do not claim a delivery that did not happen, and do not submit evidence from another event.
Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, or belonging to somebody else. Do not impersonate another person. Do not scrape, probe or overload the service, and do not try to reach data that is not yours.
09 / Ending, suspending or closing an account.
You can end the account agreement at any time and for any reason. Write to [email protected] and it ends immediately. You owe nothing and you need give no reason.
Ending the agreement is not the same as erasing the records. Deleting the account from your profile page is refused outright while any sponsorship or payment record still refers to you — a campaign you own, a payment account, a payment, a bid, a leading bid, or delivery evidence you reviewed — and nothing is removed. We keep those records for the periods the privacy policy states, then remove or anonymise them.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us. A booking already agreed is settled under these terms even if the account closes.
10 / What we are responsible for.
SponsorBody is the place where an athlete and a sponsor agree a placement. We are not a party to that agreement, we do not employ athletes, and we do not warrant that an event will take place, draw an audience, or be worth what was paid. A disappointing fight is not a failure to deliver.
We run the service with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise that it is free of faults or always available. We are responsible for loss we cause that is a foreseeable result of breaking this agreement or of failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for business losses such as lost profit, lost sales or lost goodwill.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.
11 / Law and your consumer rights.
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over it.
If you are a consumer, that choice does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live. A consumer in Poland keeps Polish consumer protection and may bring a claim before the Polish courts.
12 / Withdrawing from the account agreement.
Holding a SponsorBody account is free. If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the account agreement within 14 days of opening it, for any reason, by emailing [email protected]. Nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to refund: we close the account.
A sponsorship is a separate contract between the athlete and the sponsor, and SponsorBody is not a party to it. The withdrawal and cancellation terms for a sponsorship will be stated here when payments launch.
13 / Language.
These terms are written in English and published in Polish. If you are a consumer in Poland, the Polish text governs, as Polish law on the language of consumer contracts requires. For everybody else the English text governs and the Polish text is a translation offered for convenience.
14 / Changes to these terms.
We change these terms only for a reason: a change in the law, a security need, a change to the product, or pricing once payments launch. We email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect, and the date at the top of this page changes with it.
If the change does not suit you, end the agreement before it takes effect and it will never apply to you. Saying nothing is not acceptance. A consumer in Poland may end the agreement free of charge within 30 days of the change taking effect, or of being told about it if that is later, where the change materially and adversely affects access to the service or the use of it, under articles 43p and 43q of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
A change that affects a booking you already have applies from your next booking, not to that one.
Questions go to [email protected].
15 / Complaints, and what you need to use SponsorBody.
Complain by email to [email protected]. Say what went wrong, when it happened and what you want us to do. We answer by email within 14 days of receiving the complaint, to the address you wrote from. If we do not answer within that time, the complaint counts as accepted.
To use SponsorBody you need an internet connection, a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an email account you can read, because we confirm your address before the account is fully usable.
